Busy day on the funding side today. Too many to keep up with and I’m pretty sure I missed a couple but, no time for whining:
- ONCODESIGN Secures 4.7M in Financing
- VeraLight secures $20 million series C financing for a non-invasive diabetes screening system
- IRX therapeutics completes $25 million series A preferred stock offering to continue clinical development of the phase II cancer drug, IRX-2 (citoplurikin), for head and neck cancers.
- Inimex raises $22 million to fund and IND and clinical trials for its antibiotic resistance drug.
- Genesis pharmaceuticals enterprises (China) closes $30 million private note placement to pay for the rights to manufacture a new Chinese drug for the heart called Ligustrazine Ferulic Acid Acetate, or LFAA for short.
- AxoGen is provided with $7.5 million venture loan to advance their peripheral nerve repair system, AVANCE.
