What’s a billion between friends?

The University of Georgia Research Foundation Inc. has filed suit claiming Allergan screwed them out of a couple hundred million bucks for a drug that’s earned the company more than a billion dollars.

Allercan filed briefs in the case opposing the unsealing of. “commercially-sensitive documents because the harm that Allergan would thereby suffer greatly outweighs any purported public interest in the contents of the documents.” I wonder what they could possibly contain?

No worries, we’re gonna find out.

The judge in the case, Judge David Sweat (great name), referring to the “bad deal” said he would begin the process of unsealing most of the documents.

I love a catfight. Especially one where a cat gets dragged through the mud.

Note to self: Don’t screw your licensor.
